Mandatory Notice: Determination or disclosure of the sex of a fetus is strictly illegal under the Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994. Omkilkari Hospital strictly prohibits and does not conduct prenatal fetal sex determination under any circumstances.
2. ART & Surrogacy Acts Compliance
Omkilkari Fertility & IVF Centre operates in strict adherence to the Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act, 2021, and the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021. In accordance with National Medical Commission ethical codes, no misleading or guaranteed success outcomes are published.
